I have had to watch more videos to get those credits, but am very thankful for the app. When you swiped the button it moved the credits to the bill and adjusted the total amount of your bill automatically. One miraculous day the app changed and added a button that stated: redeem credits. Then customer service refunded my credit to my card and assured me that “I was in charge”. Credit at one point and my husband screaming about not worrying about it. That only made me feel like I would loose my phone service so I would hit the pay button the night before it was due. They assured me that if I did nothing then the points would be utilized. Unfortunately, your customer service personnel were more confused than I was. When I hit pay my bill, it would charge my credit card. I am over 70 and when I started using your app I spent my time on the phone with customer service to try to figure out how to use the app. I have been a member of Boost mobile since 2009 and have never had a problem, I don’t think should be acceptable, They have no problem receiving my payment every month, my service should be forthcoming like my payments, I shouldn’t have to purchase a new phone that should still be in working order, I have been a loyal customer and I should be eligible for a new phone considering my phone was working just fine before you asked me to change my SIM card.I am a fan of your app. I put the new SIM card in and my phone has been dropping calls every since, I have called Boost every month several times a month and my calls are still dropping, a supervisor informed me that my phone might not be compatible with the new network, I need to upgrade my phone, I don’t know about you I can’t afford to purchase a new phone that I just purchased because you told me my phone would not work anymore after January if I don’t change my SIM card which was working just fine before the change. All was well, in Nov of 2021 I received a new SIM card and was told that I had to replace my SIM card in order for my phone to be compatible with the new 5G network. I purchased a phone from Boost mobile in April of 2020. It’s easy & anything that makes my hectic life easier is welcomed! Thank You Boost! (& Apple Store for offering this app)□ & I can go back to this app & see the payment was successfully processed! I like walking into the company I am giving my money to Handing it to a Human & walking out with a receipt!!!!īut over time I feel very comfortable with this app! If you’re thinking of getting a new phone or need to add some extras you can do all that from here! It’s reliable and has never failed me□□. You can check your account information & you can shop too. I can pay with the reboots card I purchased from Walmart or wherever I can pay with my own credit card. This app really makes my life easier! I’m able to pay my bill from the app it’s easy not all complicated like I’ve seen others. It is very frustrating and disappointing that I can’t get this done through the app, which is fairly straightforward and user friendly, otherwise. When I tried calling the customer service line, it advised me to hang up and referred me to the website or app, which I had already established did not offer the option I needed. I certainly understand the desire to protect the health of their employees by not having them enclosed in a crowded call center, or what have you, but there is no link on either the app or the website that allows you to perform this task. Previously I have used the chat option to have a representative help me out this time around, however, I was notified that the chat option is unavailable and the normal hours of operation were marked as “closed” for all 7 days of the week, presumably due to the current COVID-19 health concerns. I have had a WiFi hotpot plan with Boost for a couple of months now and have had difficulty early renewing my monthly plan any time I use the data before the next payment date.
